To ensure that each of our valued customers receives the attention and experience they deserve, we transitioned to an appointment-based system. But why is booking an appointment so important? Let us explain.

Before we made the shift, we often found ourselves juggling multiple customers at once. This meant long wait times, rushed conversations, and limited space to truly connect or explore your options. Jewellery is a deeply personal investment, and we never want you to feel hurried or pressured when making such meaningful choices. By scheduling appointments, we can dedicate our full attention to you, providing expert guidance and ensuring a seamless, enjoyable experience.

Booking an appointment with us is completely free, and all quotes are obligation-free. Our goal is to structure our time in a way that gives you the most value, whether you’re designing a bespoke piece, browsing our Cabinet Collection, or bringing in a treasured item for repair. There is no pressure to buy - just an opportunity to explore, ask questions, and enjoy the process.

 

Do I need to book an appointment to view the cabinet collection?

Yes, please! Our Cabinet Collection is a curated selection of exquisite pieces, and we want to ensure that we are available to guide you through it. Trying on different styles, discussing design inspiration, or simply admiring the craftsmanship - whatever your reason for visiting, we are here to assist you. Many of our customers liken the experience to an art gallery visit, where browsing and appreciating fine jewellery is just as rewarding as purchasing.

 

How long do appointments take?

  • Initial Design Appointments (per piece) – We allow up to 1 hour to discuss your ideas, explore different styles, and begin shaping your vision. In most cases, we can provide a rough quote within this time, though some complex designs may require a follow-up.
  • Repairs, Sizing, and Valuations – These appointments are 30 minutes, allowing us to assess your jewellery and discuss the best course of action. If you require assistance with more than three pieces of jewellery, please request and book a 1 hour consultation. 

 

How far in advance should I book?

We generally book out a week in advance, but we always try to accommodate those who are traveling or need an urgent appointment. If you have a special request or time constraint, let us know — we’ll do our best to fit you in!

We understand that some days require a bit more flexibility. If you're unsure of your exact schedule, you’re still very welcome to get in touch. Even a general timeframe helps us prepare and accommodate your visit.
